Why 161?

We are often asked this question. 161, more commonly known as Phi, Fibonacci, or the golden ratio (1.618). The ancient Greeks wrote about this ratio and even dates back as far as 300BC. It is a ratio that appears in nature, design and everyday life everywhere you look, it is quite often referred to as a symbol of symmetry and perfection, and perfection is something that our team aspire to be able to provide to our clients on a daily basis.

Steve Hopes

Director

Steve is a director of Constructions 161 and also operates as the Operations Manager delivering a number of significant projects within the South East Queensland region.

Steve has covered many different sectors in the building industry over his 30 year career and has significant experience in large scale residential, commercial and industrial developments.

Steve is an integral part of all of C161's projects and is closely involved from concept and design through to delivery of the project. Steve offers a hands-on approach to construction management which enables Constructions 161 to consistently deliver projects on time and within budget.
